What I Used To Do

Direction

Translating an ever changing technology landscape into practical applications for your business is hard. Let me help you break complex topics into achievable and realistic solutions that deliver results.

Offering technical business mentorship, Executive agile coaching, and big problem-solving guidance I use unconference” and “hackathon” approaches to ensure buy-in, excitement, and clarity on your future.

At a product level I am trained in Design Sprint facilitation workshops to align a team on the right problem to solve or provide actionable solutions to a tightly scoped challenge that can be tested with users at a later date.

Leadership

Strong teams composed of growing individuals are key to any project. I've grown and led successful teams of 3 - 20+ people in agile and technical lead roles, and I can help you do the same.

I thrive whilst bringing an agile mindset, Scrum / Kanban frameworks, and an approach of non-failure to teams that have proven to deliver as they grow and evolve.

I have a framework of support, training, and coaching of individuals and whole teams combining agile, my counselling training, and an unusual combination of technical and interpersonal expertise.

Change

He tangata he tangata, he tangata!

I've taken large and small organisations from wary and scared to excited and engaged, I will do the same for you.

I live unafraid, in the space between the moment of no turning back and the first step forward. And I’ve helped companies do the same.

Over many diverse projects I have successfully introduced and managed change management activities. These include readiness assessments, communication planning, change product creation, focused training, VIP stakeholder support, creation and support of localised expert teams, resistance management, and management of on-going cultural change.
